Standard Delivery

Delivery Policy

Standard Delivery (UK Mainland Only)

This applies to courier orders ONLY (i.e., NOT Royal Mail). We will aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days. Please note that if our courier is unable to deliver the next day (weekdays), the delivery timeframe may be extended.

Free Delivery

The 'free delivery' offer applies to X-Pole X-pert & X-sport poles within UK mainland only. Free delivery does not include X-stages, which may take longer to arrive as they may need to be ordered in. Highlands and addresses outside of the UK mainland will incur additional charges for both Poles and Stages.

Delivery Problems

If you encounter a delivery problem, please contact the courier directly. Once your goods have been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information explaining how to track your parcel.

If no one is in, the courier will leave a card with details of how to retrieve your parcel. Please read the card carefully! You MUST contact the courier within 5 DAYS, or the delivery will be assumed refused, and you will be charged.

Delivery Guidelines - Please Read

You must provide us with as much address information as possible. If you provide us with an incorrect address, you will be charged an extra fee to have a new address for the consignment.

Someone must be at the given address to sign for the delivery between 8:30 am and 6:30 pm (for standard service). Therefore, we recommend delivery to a work address where someone is available to sign for the goods during the working day. A signature is required as proof of delivery. If you choose to have your goods 'left safe,' you CANNOT CLAIM COMPENSATION. We strongly advise you NOT to request them left safe.


Damage

You must report any damage to the parcel or the item within 7 days in writing.

Theft

We accept no liability for a successfully completed delivery that you do not take possession of. We deliver to an address, not an individual. If you request the goods to be left safe and they are not there, neither we nor the courier accept responsibility for the theft. If our courier logs a consignment as delivered and it is not there, you must assume it has been stolen. In these cases, we will provide all the help we can, but it is up to you to contact and deal with the Police.

Other Notes

You may specify a delivery day, and we will hold onto your consignment until the day before. If you need to change the delivery address after dispatch, the couriers charge a re-booking fee of £7.50.

If your package is damaged, do not accept delivery. Please ensure you have a valid phone number so you can be contacted should there be any delivery problems. If you require urgent delivery, please contact us here to discuss prioritisation.

We try very hard to get your delivery to you without wasting your time, but we require your help for this to happen. Please provide as much address information as you can.

This offer applies to standard working day deliveries (Mon-Fri) only. It applies to orders placed through this website only and does not extend to any special instructions you may add in the comments box. This offer only applies to UK mainland addresses. You must provide us with the correct delivery address and postcode.

'Acts of God' are not covered by this Guarantee—extreme weather may cause a delay in your consignment, which we can reasonably argue is beyond our or our couriers’ control.
